Mobile Command Centre

Titan

A double-wide mobile command centre that expands to 6.5 m and puts around 30 people to work in a quiet, cool, connected operations space.

Titan, mobile command centre, deployed on site

Titan is a semi-trailer that expands from 2.5 m to 6.5 m wide, creating a 9 m x 6.5 m open operations space plus a 4.5 m x 2.5 m gooseneck area. It seats or works about 30 people.

It arrives with its own power, internet and climate control, so your team gets a calm, connected base in the middle of the loudest, most remote sites.

Ideal for

  • Race control
  • Event command centres
  • Security and CCTV hubs
  • Media centres
  • Production offices
  • TV studios
  • Commentary booths

Features

  • Thermal insulation outside and acoustic insulation inside, so your team can work calmly beside a race track or main stage
  • Air-conditioned and fully hydraulic, with stabiliser arms
  • Security system and a 27-screen wall for cameras and security feeds, configured to your event
  • Telescopic mast that extends 10 m above the roof, reaching about 14 m above the ground, for radio systems, antennas, lights or cameras
  • Ready to work on arrival: three rows of desks seating 9 to 10 people each, six laptops with external monitors, desk computers and a server rack
  • Kitchen with running water and a fridge
  • Fully reconfigurable: 40 mm Unistrut channel runs around the walls at 600 mm and 1800 mm and across the ceiling, so screens, curtains, equipment and even partition walls can be mounted and moved wherever your event needs them
  • Pre-wired, with an external connection point for linking into event networks
  • Starlink internet
  • Broadcast-ready: no windows, so it can be fully blacked out, and acoustic treatment keeps outside noise out and stops echo inside
  • 14-channel RGBW DMX lighting colours each zone from one control panel. A "go live" button turns the whole truck red while white light stays on the commentators, so everyone knows the host is on air
  • 55 kVA Cummins generator on its Mercedes prime mover (plate: COMMAND). The generator sits on the truck, not the trailer, so the truck can park 10 to 20 m away and run a lead back, keeping noise, vibration and fumes out of the operations centre
  • 3-tonne remote-controlled tailgate loader and a 19 mm solid steel floor, so heavy gear goes in without manual lifting
  • Built-in wheelchair access: the tailgate lift can be set aside for staff who need it, with separate stair entries for everyone else
  • Three independent hydraulic side doors, each about 3 m wide x 2.5 m high. Stairs fit any door, so you can open one, two or all three, or set separate entry and exit points
  • Ready to link to Skyline, our double-storey hospitality trailer

Site-wide CCTV in hours, not weeks

Titan carries 16 self-sufficient camera pods. Each runs on solar or generator power and has a 5 m mast with two 180° cameras for constant 360° coverage, plus PTZ cameras with 20x optical and 80x digital zoom, all controlled from inside Titan. The pods link back over a wireless mesh, so there's no cabling. A camera network that usually takes two to three weeks to cable up is deployed in about six hours.

One truck, many roles

Command centre, security hub, media centre, production office or broadcast studio. The Unistrut walls, lighting and screens are set up for the job you have.

Picture this

A three-day music festival is being built in a paddock an hour from the nearest town. Titan rolls in a week before gates open, raises its mast and runs its own power and Starlink while the site is still dirt. On day two the camera pods go out, and by that afternoon every gate, car park and stage is on the screen wall. When the crowds arrive, security, medical and production sit side by side in one cool, quiet room, watching the whole site and talking to each other instead of over the radio.
