Hired per event, not by the hour.
A typical booking arrives about a week before your event to set up, and runs as your base for the event week.
What makes up your price
- Event hire: the unit for your event period
- Driver: delivery to your site and return to base
- Operator (optional): a Tech Event technician on site for the event
- Distance and fuel: based on the location

Booking terms
- A 25% deposit secures your booking. The deposit is non-refundable within three months of the event.
- We hold $20 million public liability insurance.
- Encore’s stage is engineer-certified.
Chronos for other race categories
Outside Supercars events, Chronos is available to other race categories as a reduced-capacity package at a lower price. Ask us what’s included for your meeting.
Frequently asked questions
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. Our units usually arrive about a week before your event to set up, and each one can only be in one place at a time, so peak race and festival weekends go first. A 25% deposit secures your booking.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. We're based on the Gold Coast and deliver anywhere in Australia, from city circuits to outback showgrounds. Delivery and return by our own driver is part of every quote, priced by distance and fuel.
Do the units have their own power and internet?
Titan runs on its own 55 kVA generator for about two weeks and has Starlink, with a distribution board that can also power gear around it. The Gatekeeper has Starlink and runs on generator or site power. Power for Skyline is available by arrangement. Tell us about your site and we'll plan power and internet with you.
Do we need one of your operators?
An operator is optional. A Tech Event technician can stay on site for your event to run the systems and look after the unit, or your own team can take over once it's set up. Either way, our crew delivers, sets up and packs down.
How long does set-up take?
Our units are built to deploy hydraulically, so the trucks themselves open up quickly. Encore's stage deploys in seconds, and Titan's camera pods can cover a whole site in about six hours. A typical booking arrives about a week before your event, so everything is ready well before your crew needs it.
